Chris Kelly Memorial Rally and stuff

The first event of the 2011 Manx Rally Championship saw mixed conditions, with fog and rain on Friday giving way to a sunny but cold Saturday.
The event proved popular with tarmac rallying competitors from the Isle of Man and beyond.
